Sadly there is no way to make a mATX 500W dual voltage PSU bought off eBay for $24 to connect to an A500/600/1200 by buying a connector from A4000T.com or using an old connector cord from a dead A500 PSU, and a $2 on-off switch from RadioShack :(

I was waiting for weeks and weeks until I received my disk drive eject button because it got broken in during the shipment when I ordered it online. As soon as I opened the Amiga, removed the disk drive and fixed the eject button and put everything back to normal....the power supply died. It started making a buzzing noise and the Amiga refused to boot completely. Then when I turned the power supply on by itself...it too made a very loud buzzing sound....and no matter what I do the Amiga have no power input and it just a buzzing sound.........

I threw the power supply into the garbage (as I was busy making my first game on Blitz Basic)....now what I am looking for if someone have a spare power supply (working correctly) for the Amiga 500 and it is 110 Volt.

Sadly, no.  You can't find them under DIN 5-pin Square on Mech's A4000T.com web site sold singularly or in packs of five :(

But the world spins on...

Yes, I'm afraid that it is impossible to use the 500W Hercules black gloss, silent and as small as an original A500/600/1200 PSU to make a 25A +5V (with equivalent 12V Amps) replacement that with the addition of a simple RadioShack on-off switch between the green and a black wire to make a PSU that will handle even the most expanded demands of one of the above computers, like the three I have done by adding one of the DIN 5-pin connectors I bought from you.

Will the horror never end?
