There are no USB solutions for Amiga readily available for sale right now. You can boot from a CF by connecting it to a compatible IDE controller; You can boot from a CF card seated in a CF->IDE adapter which in turn is seated in an IDE -> SCSI bridge which in turn is connected to a SCSI controller. All of these parts can be found on eBay, and SCSI controllers for a 2000 are still pretty easy to find used.
