This is a warning to others...

I ordered 2 IC's from the Chinese outfit on ebay and they both had issues.

One would only working in very low resolutions and the other had very noisy video.

I swapped cards with a broken Z3 that had a good ramdac and it works perfectly...

May have some bad components connected. Check for bad caps first, if they are DC Blocking and have gone dry they can make a mess.

If you have a DC voltage on one side of a cap, you should not see it on the other side, This meant to let only ac signals to pass, the frequency depends on value. This applies to all signal and audio caps.
