Nope.  They seem quite absent.  Maybe a change in the ole' stylesheet, or something?

Looks as though some fonts have changed, also.

The links are bright blue, looks bad IMO.

Edit: And yes, there are no lines on the quotes.

It would probably help if you would actually have read the news item regarding the software upgrade.  The lines are a modification I had to perform on the old version.  Upgrading means I had to put the same exact modification back in.

Uhm... I kinda did.  But the info was rather sparce.  And I didn't consider that a software update would change a stylesheet..  Why should it?  I don't know the structure of Xoops.  But most upgrades keep the same configuration files.  Just saying that the site was down for 5 minutes isn't really enough to cue that there may be some lingering errors/glitches...

No biggie, though.  (shrug)
