Hi!
there's any way to take out this board and make my miggy boot? When I unplug the board my computer doesn't want to boot... I use a powerflyerZ3 and the uw-scsi of my cyberstorm so I can live without floppy and the old scsi...
Should I change the nvram settings?
Should I make a connection between some pins of the 100 pin connector?

I think I've made an A4000T board boot without the disk module before.
Looking at the schematic, the only thing I can see which might stop it booting is an input from the DIP switches. You might need to connect one of these to make it like the switches are still there.
Switches 1-8 are on pins 1-8 of CN200. Pin 9 on CN200 is ground.
E.G to make switch 8 "on" then you'd link pins 8 and 9 on CN200 (CN600 on the motherboard). To make switch 4 on then link pins 4 and 9, etc.

Thank you! I'll try to make it boot... I made some cuts in the scsi-floppy board to fit the prometheus slightly better but taking out the scsi-floppy board seems like a better idea for me...

It might be a lot better to get some IDC crimp connectors, ribbon cable and pin headers to make a short extension cable. That way you can still leave the module connected, but put it somewhere else without having to modify it.
That way you can restore to it's original condition easily if you want to.
