I've just bought this tower used, and unfortunately the LED panel is slightly damaged. The two wires comming out from the LED panel itself (red and black, next to the standby pins) have been cut, and I don't know what was on the other end, nor what this is used for in general.
Could someone please clarify what these two wires are used for? If this is not enough info, then I'll post a picture of it when I get back home from work.

Elbox have been helpfull to me in the past... you could just mail them directly and ask if the matter doesn't clear up here.

I suspect that it must be a header-wire which will probably not get used anyway, but I'm just wondering what is it for.
Everything else about the led adapter works though. The power LED flashes OK, the HD led flashes OK, The reset header/button works, the standby header/button works...Perhaps it's an extension to HD led, in case you want to connect it to pins of a SCSI controller, in order to get SCSI activity on the same HD led? Just guessing...
