I started to walk along a 33Km road on Saturday.
I visited a distant town, and went there by bus. There were only two busses that day, and I caught the second one - one going there!
Then I decided to walk back, I was wearing a T-Shirt and carrying a bag full of stuff on my back.
It was quite windy and cold, and my feet and legs started to hurt.
I had walked for more than 9Km's, when a car pulled over and a person asked me if I wanted a lift.
The people in the car were quite friendly and they were quite reasonable people. I was driven almost right back to my motel, and I asked how much they wanted - they said they wanted nothing. I thanked them, and walked back to the motel to rest and dry.
I think that it's really swell when people help others in need. I was certainly quite happy that evening! :-D

See, money ain't everything. There are still lots of people who don't think getting rich is the most moral thing you could do. :-P
But you decided to walk 33 km? Are you crazy?

Why don't you tell us the more interesting story of how you first escaped from the funny farm??? Btw, have you asked your screaming neighbor out on a date yet??? ;-)
