I have here one of the best upgrades for the AMiga 4000 (and some A3ks and for A3000T) ITs the Macrosystems WarpEngine 4040

Will come in the Original Box with Original manual and software!  Has 64mb of highest speed EDO ram included!

Processor: 040@40Mhz
FPU: Internal
MMU: Internal
Max Ram: 128MB
Ram Type: 4x72Pin SIMM.
Fast SCSI-II : Onboard (NCR 53C710)

The Warp Engine is a popular 68040 processor board that replaces the A3640. It includes four 72-pin SIMM sockets and a Fast SCSI-2 host adapter.

I'm surprised no interest in this item. If someone has a stock 4000 or 3000T or 4000T this is the way to go for a serious upgrade! Also Video Toaster 4000 owners..

I think it's because it's a bit pricey.
It goes from $150 - $200 on eBay.

I have to agree.  In that $275 range, most people will look to a CyberStorm 68060...

Even though the WarpEngine is a very good board, I know which of the two I'd rather have...
