Hi
I have downloaded the GhostBuster util, the one which replace the Wb prefs, allowing you to hide some icons (like df0:BAD when you using croosdos).
It, simply, frezzes competelky my system when I modify the default prefs and save it.
Any comment or idea?
Best Regards

Are you using the correct prefs program for your OS version? Also, have you installed and run the Ghostbuster commodity first before saving the prefs? (Are you sure it's still running?)
-
Well the prefs program is replaced with the GhostBuster prefs! Its not a commodity AFAIk
-
Well, what version of the prefs did you use? The archive has versions for 3.5 and 3.9. Are you using the correct one for your OS?
And, what I meant is Ghostbuster already running when you save the prefs? (And, GhostBuster is a commodity.)

Hi
yes Im using the prefs file for AOS 3.9, which is what im using ATM (AOS 3.9 BB2 to be more accurate)
And yes, Ghostbuster is running when I try to save the prefs file, since the installer installs it on the Wbstartup drawer.

Odd. The package I got from Aminet didn't have an installer. You can try the Aminet version (v2.1) and see if that makes a difference.
