Can any one tell me if this lot is correct or not?
In the Devs/Monitor (voodoo) information I have this:-
BOARDTYPE=Voodoo
SETTINGS=SYS:Devs/Picasso96Settings
(BORDERBLACK=Yes)
(BIGSPRITE=Yes)
(SOFTSPRITE=Yes)
IGNOREMASK=Yes
(DISPLAYCHAIN=Yes)
Is this correct the voodoo is attached to the Prefs Picasso settings but I cant see a picture when I reboot, I still have to use the Amiga Video port to see a picture.
In Prefs/Picasso96Mode I have got this:-
voodoo (1): Village-31
Voodoo-31
800x600 $50021000 active
Name Voodoo:800X600
HiColor 31Khz 50Hz active
CLock 32.22Mhz
FrameSixe 1024 (horiz. vert. 625
BorderSize 0 0
Position 56 1
SyncSize 40 2
SyncPolarity blanc blanc
Frequency 31Khz 50Hz
What do I need to do to get a picture on my monitor?
TIA,
Mike....

No help here, but I have a similar problem... Bought a Voodoo 5 5500 to replace my Cybervision 64/3d and I got kinda frustrated when I didnt get any picture... So I would be interested in suggestions/tips aswell... :)

Does your monitor support frequencies down to 50Hz? Try to rise it to 60-80Hz. And have you selected correct screenmode on ScreenMode-preferences? For example: Voodoo:800x600 16bit PC.

OK id I use Test or Edit I get using the VOodoo 3 a test pattern nice and clear but when I press a mouse button I lover it all, I then have to switch over to the AMiga video port.????????
The Monitor I use is a Microvitec Multysinc
