Whats the deal. I have iBrowse 2.3 and on my 3000 it seems to work great with hardly any crashes! But on my 4000 it crashes more than windows 1.0 ! Also on my WinUAE too. Both have OS3.9 and my 3000 has a CSMKII and the 4000 a GVP 4060. I also tried reinstalling OS3.9 and also doing a install from scratch. Same, random crashes. I also found a MUI latest libs update on the net and installed that. Any ideas?

Is there a common factor in the memory config between your UAE setup and your A4000? (ie. did you make UAE as close to your A4000 as possible). Can't think of anything else that would be a common factor ... time to contact Mr. Burstroem methinks!
Tell you what, send me your Cyberstorm and IBrowse license, and I'll test it here for you :-P

tj: well i would look into the psu and maybe do a check on the cpu card aswell, its quite common that the cpu bridge on the a4k gets worse after time..
good luck with it and yes amiga os is supposed to be stable.

Do you mean the MUIMaster.library on Aminet?
Try it with the original MUIMaster.library.
When I tried it out, I got nothing but loads of MUI apps causing recoverable alerts.

Hey,
I think it also may be the RAM on the Amiga 4000. I also had many random crashes, but when I exchanged it for new memory, it worked like a charm. :-)
Just my thought though, it could be anything. Hope you figure it out.
