Title: A500+ problems (Black Screen)

My luck with e-bay grows every day.

I received today a A500+, the battery was busted, so i took it out.
Tried the AMiGA, and it remains in a black screen... I can see the Gary Chip with a blueish thing on the connectors can it be it?

I removed all the socketed chips clean them up with alcohol, and socketed them again... still black screen...

Help?  :-(
