Title: 3D Illusion Walk Around Software

Hello
Is it possible to create a graphic design software that display 3D Illusion (building) with "Walk Around"?
(User can change perception, position etc)
I remember a duke nukem custom level with such feature.
Is there any similar software on Amiga platform?
