X_Calibur on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3482972111&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1)
Plugs into the '040 socket on an A3640 board, then the chip sits on it in turn. Unfortunately far too tall to fit in my A3000D :-(
Couldn't see an entry for it in the big book (though I didn't look too hard ;-)).

"Processor: 040@25Mhz, 040@33Mhz or 040@40Mhz
FPU: Internal
MMU: Internal
Max Ram: 128MB
Ram Type: 4 x 72pin SIMM slots
The X-Calibur is fairly unique in that it's designed to accelerate an accelerator. The X-Calibur is designed to be plugged into the processor socket of the Commodore A3640 and provides it with the ability to add extra RAM and allows the 040 to run at up to 40Mhz."
