It looks very big to fit in a 3000/4000 case.
I've used versions of this: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=39598&Sku=S457-1005&CatId=804 for some time, although I've found them to have quite short lifespans. They certainly blow huge amounts of air out the back and are very effective in a packed 4000T, should be ideal in a 4000 if you get the air-flow direction right.

@BIG-IRON:
Just make sure to reverse the fans if you buy that one as the fresh air is supposed to be sucked into the case in the backplate area, then travel through the computer and finally be blown out by the psu fan. So if that one is added as it is, it would be bad for the circulation in the other half of the A3000.

I have one of these: Fancard II (http://custom1.farnell.com/cpc/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CPC+Catalogue&product%5Fid=253966)
Positioned with an open blanking plate so it pulls more air through. As stated in the other thread, you certainly don't need one if you havn't got an accellerator yet!

@Holley:
Wow, it even looks like a Zorro card. :-) Did they design this with Amiga in mind? ;-)

I found an American fancard II supplier here.

Wasn't designed for Amiga, it had been sat in a local store for months - I offered them £5 for it (RRP at the time was £20). It slots in nicely, looks like it was made to measure, and being full length pushes the air the right way round the case ... could make up a 'skirt' for it if you needed EXTREME cooling!
Make sure you get an ISA version, and not a PCI one BTW ;-)
