I've encountered problems with the MSN agent since I logged from the MSN messenger.
The MSN agent was working perfectly till some day before. Then I had to use the messenger for a file transfer (disabled by the jabber-proxy server), and since then I cannot log to msn through Jabberwocky.
I deleted my msn-agent which was off-line, and I tried to re-register, but no luck: there is no response from the server.
I enabled the Windows->Console (Watch the XML traffic:Enabled) and here is what I get:
Remote Server Error
Anyone knows if the account is taken over by windows/messenger? I've disabled messenger on the startup(PeeCee-XP), but you never know!

I have the same problem now. I used Jabberwocky yesterday, and today I can't get it connected. I haven't been transfering files through MSN on my PC though. It just stopped connecting :-(

it seems like its a global problem with jabberwocky, a friend of mine uses it and cannot log in
are there anyone here who still has jabberwocky working fine?
anyone willing to download and test?

Thanks for the feedback, I was really scared that I screwed my account with the M$ stuff (wich operates with obscure ways:-) ).
I`ve searched the google with the error code and seems that the server must be down (http://www.jabber.org/pipermail/jdev/2000-May/002160.html). It happened in the past, or it maybe has to do with protocol modifications (http://www.jabber.org/pipermail/jadmin/2001-December/003147.html)?

Maybe you should discern between Jabberwocky and the Jabber transport. If the tranport is down it is no fault of Jabberwocky. Jabberwocky is only a client that communicates with the jabber server.
