Ha!  you think thats a good question?  I want to know how to fit it in an A600 desktop case ;-)

alongside with an Apollo 630, and a Subway USB card with the Gayle chip adaptor :-) without removing the floppy!

Well currently it's just stock but I'd like to put a 2.5" Hard disk in there, an Apollo 1260 and of course the delfina... what dya reckon?

Yes it is, here is a pic of my A1200 (http://fragment.stc.cx/kuv/a1200.jpg). I had to remove the diskdrive tho, but it is not a big problem since I have an external drive and move stuff mostly via network.

Cheers,

Hmm... that's realy a lousy way of fitting things. I say use the other end of the case and let the diskdrive stay. There's plenty of room to fit a ultraslim CD and keep 2.5" HD and scandoubler so there should be space enough for your delfina there instead of a CD if you just use the space that's precented to you in a creative way and create your own fixating points and mod what needs to be modded.

My A1200 project was fitted with BPPCe+, BV, Scandoubler, Soundcard, HD, Diskdrive, Keyboard interface, several hacks and there was still room for an ultraslim CD and glowwhire (though I ran into heating problems and had to drop the project and make it into two projects... a custom tower and one ultra cool modded A1200 though not so maxed out desctop).

I was gonna say I'd rather leave the floppy... speaking of scandoublers it's easy to fit one into the A1200 case then? I've never seen one so I dunno what size they are.

It is not very stable.. For example when playing mp3s (local or netradio) the delfina hangs after about 1-120 minutes of playback. The computer does not hang, only the soundcard and only a reboot helps. And of course if the card only passes through Paulas sound, it does not crash.

The mobo is rev 2B and I have all the latest drivers etc.

I have one (also on the pic). Look under the HD cable. The VGA connector is on the far right.

Maybe someday I make it better but the Delfina's cable is just veryvery short..

When i had my delfina (now gone), it didn't play stable either. Usually it would crash within the first 0-20min.
Also Rev2B mobo, but tried on ID4 too.
Wish it did...but i now got a MAS, and that works out for me.
