17th of may is norway`s answer to usa`s 4th of july  :-)

There are 2 million Norwegians living in Usa(mostly in florida, and new york) so they celebrated it there also:

Do you have explosives? Because no national holiday is complete without millions of people acrossed the country blowing stuff up.

Not arranged fireworks, but most kids are running around with toy guns shooting blanks, quite irritating because the pop is quite loud  :-x
