I'm having problems with the Kickstart part of it.
I used grabkick to get the rom from the A1200 WHDLoad is installed on, and I then put that in Devs:Kickstarts and renamed it to kick40068.A1200, and then I added the kick40068.A1200.RTB file from the softkick archive on Aminet.
I also put another copy of the a1200 rom in the folder, and renamed it as kick40068.A4000 and put the RTB file in for the a4000 too.
When I try run a game, I get:
error during 'resload_LoadKick' invalid kickstart image
It doesn't seem to like my Kickstart 3.0 rom...
I downloaded a kick 3.1 rom from the internet and tried that too, but got the same error.
What have I done wrong? :\

I'm not sure about this, but if you grab ROM images after running some ROM patches (such as those in WB3.5-3.9) are those included in ROM images?
To be sure, turn your Amiga off for a while (few dozen seconds), back on, boot without startup-sequence and THEN grab the ROM image...

I'm just using WB3.0 so I don't think I've got any patching going on. I didn't install any anyway.
I think I need specific versions of the Kickstart 3.0/3.1 roms :\ I've got 39106 and Theme Park(which im trying to run) must need this 40068 rom image.

40.068 is a Kickstart 3.1 ROM. Your Kickstart 3.0 is something like 39.106. You can not apply the patch file for a different KS. I'd guess the installer needs a specific KS version.
-
I think you need an unaltered grab of A1200 3.1 kick rom.
I haven't found such a thing from the net to my A4000/3.1.
So just a few installs that are written for A4000 too do work for me.

I've sorted the kickstart problem I think.
Getting errors about paths for 2 games now. lol :\

It's a little strange that my A4000 can play Theme Park straight off the disks by rebooting with certain settings and certain bits disabled, but WHDLoad won't let me play it without a specific ROM file from another type of Amiga I don't happen to have. I'm a little curious why it's necessary to have one specific ROM.

Yeah I figured any 3.1 rom would do the trick. Had me confused for ages.

Here's a web site that has the ROM files.
