I know there are lot of people here that are pro's on Amiga hardware and are very helpful so here is some questions I have to you pro's out there for my Elbox Power Tower project:
Have everything for my Tower except an harddrive and Cd-rom so I wonder if I can connect any type of IDE cd-rom (I have an IDE FIX adapter card)?
And how big HDD's can I use? I'm going to run OS3.9 or 4.0.
Will use my SCSI kit II to my Blizzard 1260 and I wonder if I can use any SCSI HDD or just the old ones with 25/50 pin connection?.
:-?

You can use any IDE HDD/CD-ROM/DVD-ROM/Writer on the IDE bus and you can use any SCSI HDD/CD-ROM/DVD-ROM/Writer on the SCSI bus. With the appropriate cable adapters of course and proper termination of the SCSI bus.
If you want to use a HDD bigger than 4GB, make sure that either it is connected to the Blizzard and uses one of FFS V43 (patched with TD64 patch), SFS or PFS3, or that the boot partition is inside the first 4GB of the drive and all patches comming with OS3.9 are installed properly.
OS4.0 will not run on that computer because it does not have a PPC processor.

It is also possible to use this http://www.acard.com/eng/product/scside/aec-7720u.html which i am currently using.
Basically it allows you to add any IDE drive to your Blizzard SCSI-KIT IV.
Speed is good, reached about 9MBS in diskspeeds on big fileblocks. Not as fast as a real scsi-disk though, because of the high seek time.
Anyway, it' an option.
.....or u could buy an PowerFlyer A1200 from Elbox and have better IDE performance, but installation is a nightmare...arghhh! i'm so glad that the PF i had on the mobo is gone now.
Good luck!
