He hasn't posted (or even logged in) since that 'Homosexual marriage in America' thread. :-(
-
I noticed it too :-(
Don't hope that something's wrong
we should have a ch for 'missing persons'
-
Good question :-?
-
Not that you mention it, he's indeed been very quiet. Perhaps he joined the A.org Missing Persons Association? Alongside Kees....
-
:bump:
-
Yeah - I haven't noticed him in ages either.
Shame - he talked a lot of sense. :-(
-
i was thinking that the other day - he hasn't been by since my birthday (feb). I always liked him and he's got a very cool and artistic pic on the faces of amiga org (one of those that DOESN"T scare me) :-P
hope he's ok

I took a closer look on Aorg and he doesn't scare me either... on the contrary...
And btw, another person who's missing is Voytech..
-
Perhaps an enterprising person should start a Missing persons of A.org page?

He is a beautiful person, inside and out. I miss him. :-(
@Odin
Enterprising? You mean make a profit from it?! ;-)

Well, I think he's an inspiring person (and thus, beautiful, so I kinda agree with you, and I miss him too :-()

From dictionary (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=enterprising).com:
en·ter·pris·ing adj.
Showing initiative and willingness to undertake new projects: The enterprising children opened a lemonade stand.
So nyah, :-P. It's not only about profit.
And anyway. To make it profitable you'd have to put nude photos on such a page I think :-D.
-
He he, "enterprising" seems I have inherited the connotations of "enterprise" (in the business sense) in my head. :-)
-
You filthy capitalist!
Anyway, back to missing persons. Where have you hidden t_p_s ??
-

Heh heh... Well she's still living at home, and they're only on dialup (in spite of my repeated advice to the contrary, they're spending £40 a month on dialup some months!) so she gets yelled at for using it "too much." Also, our stepdad's reinvented himself as an independant weaving consultant after being made redundant, so he monopolises their PC a lot.
She's also juggling college and work, so she's pretty busy. :-)

Poor Wain :-(
lempkee hasn't been about much either since his Amiga died.
-
This place is loosing too many regulars.

nvm....still around...

Have you ever gone back to a pub or club that used to be a favourite haunt, with loads of friendly. familiar faces, only to find it unrecognisable?
TBH, that hasn't really happened here yet.
Say for instance Simplex (remember him - cool guy who I loved debating religion with, even though we completely disagreed.) popped back in, I'm sure he would recognise loads of the names.
-
BTW, has anyone tried to PM Wain?

I thought about it, but it's probably futile 'cause he hasn't logged in since February:

Shame he didn't leave us an email address or anything to go on... :-(
-
That's a shame.
Wain, come back dude, we miss ya!
