Hi All
I would like to burn some of my games onto boot CD-ROM for the CD32.
I have a PC set up with Nero & a A1200 with BurnCD.
But can't get the disks to boot. I can use WeirdScience boot disk & then change disk but major hassle.
BTW if anyone interested I have built a mod that allows you to reset the CD32 from the controller.
This is way cool when using the "CD32 Gamer" disks.
I would like to use the hold down a key during boot to select the game on my burnt cd's.
Any help would be great 8^)

Maybe get one of the cd32 iso files from back2roots www.back2roots.org and hacking the iso file to get the boot info....might work......probably illegal to do that though
-
You need to get the Developer CD, which has both the CDTV and CD32 SDK's, which contain all the tools and info you need to make discs that boot those systems.

MakeCD recreates bootable CD32 Discs

I found http://acdldp.emuunlim.com/ (http://acdldp.emuunlim.com/) had a bit of info on how to create bootable CD32's.
I trust the site is legal though I haven't read it all.
Cheers,

Have you tried using ClonCD on the PC???
It's a program that makes a clon of the source cd. and it's has no problem with org. cd's such as new games. As far as i know, NEro can't do that, becuase of the copy protection, but ClonCD can. So try using that instead.

Your right Guyver!!,

The CloneCD is only good for Copying bootable CD's.
I what to compile my own CD & transfer HD & Floppy
Games that I own to the CD32 for easy access.
The Huge TV screen in lounge is a BONUS :)
Move over PlayStation CD32 is back on the block.
