Yeah, I like that a lot. It's kind of cool and kind of spooky.
Problem is that you need a serious network to make it useful, unless you are just marking for assasination and using the radio tag as confirmation of the target.

BTW I have noticed that newsreaders don´t bother to say rubbercovered steelbullets when talking about those rubbercovered steelbullets the israeli army uses but likes to call rubberbullets.
Another victory for "nonlethal" weapons :-(

Uhhh.... Isn't the person to be sniper-marked in a position he really shouldn't be in from Uncle State's point of view? Doesn't that mean said person is a danger to democracy, a.k.a. a terrorist, so that it really doesn't matter one iota whether that person dies from being ID'ed?

From the States POV, if the person is really in that position, rather than being shot with an ID rifle, he should be arrested.
