Title: Which module player?
Post by: darkcoder on May 04, 2004, 09:13:19 AM
Hello

I would like to ask for a suggestion for a module player.
I currently use Hippoplayer which is very good except for the fact that it is not possible to use it as a default tool for module files via DefIcons. Which is a good substitute?
I would prefer a "light" player, with only basic functionality, but I am open to evary suggestion!

thanks in advance
Dk

It's fast and furious. Otherwise Deliplayer is a classic too!

EDIT: sorry.. bad reading :( So go for DeliPlayer :D

I don't know if you've tested SmartPlay... it's very light and small but I was pleased to use it for quite some time before HippoPlayer became my choise of mod player.

I use Eagleplayer. I haven't tried the alternatives, but as far as i know EP is great! It plays a lot of music and sound formats, you can minimize it so it will not even look bloated on a hi-res 15KHz-display. Measuring size in Kb it's quite large though...
