Title: Amiga clock

I have an external clock for my A1000, you know the kind that plug into the keyboard port and the keyboard plugs into the clock. Anyways not too long ago the clock started stinking and i am unsure whats wrong with it.. any ideas?

I forgot to mention the battery was replaced, so I dont think it's the battery.
