An Amiga "cube" capable of recording and playing back as if it's a virtual VCR. Hardware-based encoders/decoders, mediator (or similar) type PCI. Would it sell?
Another model would be a mini-ATX Amiga system with a black case. Kinda like a 3000 but with A/V RCA ports. Both models should have space for a modem and an ethernet port.

Sounds like the Sony PSX.
The PSX has a 250GB hard drive, 100MBit Ethernet, built-in TV tuner, DVD-R/RW drive, can record TV to hard disc or directly to DVD-RW, and can play PS2 and PS1 games. It's also expensive, although it's only released in Japan so far so it remains to be seen what the price here will be.

What's it called? PS2-Elite?
