Hi. Ive got 2 questions. How could I wipe all my memory on my A1200 so I can reinstall WB and have a clean memory and how can i change the WB startup sequence so it loads to the animation of the floppy disk instead of amigados.

Insert your Install3.x disk into the floppy drive
Turn on the computer.
Let it boot from the Install3.x floppy disk.
When it is finished, find HDToolBox on the Install3.x floppy disk.
Go to partition hard drive.
Uncheck any bootable partitions.
Re-arrange your hard drive partitions if you wish (reboot required afterwards).
Click SAVE.
Wait for the computer to reboot (if you re-arranged your partition sizes).
Click on the wanted partition once the Install3.x floppy finishes booting.
Format it.
Next time you reboot without a floppy disk inserted you will go directly to the "Insert Disk" animation and you'll still have a hard drive totally formated and ready for a fresh WB installation (again, done from the Install3.x disk).

ok. Is the WB 3x install disk just the programme disk? Will it also free all the memory?

memory, as you call it, is actually the harddrive. it's different than memory, as memory is only used to store programs - while you run them -.
a harddrive is more permanent than that. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say :)
and the wb3.x diskpack should be 6 disks.. workbench, extras, install, fonts, storage.. and a last one I can't remember right now.
