Title: ROM Switcher

I found some documentation for my ROM switcher (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/uukickswitch.html). But I noticed a great difference: mine is controlled by a common switch (located externally), instead of a key combination. As seen in the photo (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/uukickswitch.jpg) where lies the JP1, I have the pins for the switch cables.
Is it possible to plug the cables on the various pins of Gary/Custom chips combinations, for ROM swapping control via mouse/key clicks?
