@warface:
OK I deleted my incorrect statement.
Genesi said that If AmigaDE is a bundled application with certain OS, it is impossible to intergrate Java (virtual machine), e-mail client and multimedia player (mp3) with AmigaDE.
If you download the complete package of Browsers:
1. IE 5: include MS Virtual Machine, Outlook and Flash player (multimedia).
2. Netscape 4.8 Communicator: include e-mail client, real player.
3. Opera: include Java, e-mail client.
4. Mozilla: include e-mail client.
Therefore it is POSSIBLE to intergrate Java VM, e-mail client and multimedia player to an application program/suite.

Recently Genesi said that AmigaDE is the bundled application with AmigaOS, therefore because they got AmigaDE, they should get AmigaOS.
In the latest court docs Genesi complained that AmigaDE, which was mentioned as an Operating System in the contract has become in the latest file by Amiga Inc 'not an OS and never was'.
So I think your argument which claims that Genesi considers AmigaDE as an application is flawed.
