I have a question, does the A1200NG have the ability to use only the emulated Paula or the sound card in the Orange Pi module (uaeAHI) under AmigaOS 3.2.3?

Yes, its called A600GSAHI. Run AHI Prefs, you should see it.
To use it on your own installs, you would have to copy the relevant files across (after you in AHI on your setup).
