Title: IDE68K + CPU RELOCATOR
Post by: MetaMax on January 24, 2026, 06:39:37 PM
Hello everyone,

I have an A2000 6.2.

I recently purchased a Gottago Fastram IDF68K card from AmigaStore.
This card adds 8 MB of Fast RAM as well as an IDE port.
It plugs into the 68000 socket.
Photo attached.

I also got a CPU Relocator to make things easier, also purchased from AmigaStore.
Photo attached as well.

I have several questions:

1. Jumper position on the IDE68K for the CFGIN and CFGOUT pins.
There was a jumper installed when it was delivered. I removed it but can’t remember if it connected both pins or if it was positioned on just one of them as a reserve.

2. How to connect the INT2 and OVR2 pins of the IDE68K.
I understand they can be connected directly to the chips.
I would prefer a cleaner installation.
I noticed that the CPU RELOCATOR card has 2 pins labeled OVR and INT2.
Can I connect the IDE68K pins to the ones on the RELOCATOR ?

Thank you very much for your advice.
