Title: It doesn't fit

The backplate doesn't fit. At all. Please see attached.
How do I get a replacement that does?

I ended up cutting off approx. 5mm on the right side (next to opening for the power plug) and also cut small notches into the bottom of the backplate to align with the separators(?) in the bottom half of the A1200 case. With that, I was able to align the backplate with the openings in the case..

That is very odd.

Just checked all backplates we have here on an original A1200 case and all fitted perfect.
Maybe yours was a rogue one?

Mine is an original as well. Part number printed inside the top cover is 364914 Rev: E
Label on outside of top cover reads:

C= Commodore
A1200

Model No. on label (outside bottom):

530311

Made in the Phillipines

Anyway,I was able to get it to fit, so it's all good. Maybe I have an odd one. Thanks for looking into it!
