I've been a bit out of the loop recently, I keep seeing references to a CPU boost upgrade of some kind. Is this for the 600GS? How do I get that on my 600GS?

Will ask for it to be added to store. A1200 version is pointless as it comes with trapdoor.

Not sure why, as I was one testing and helping over clock it on my GS, so it could be added to NG.

Ok, for 600GS. There is one caveat.
You will need to flash a fresh updated image, as trying to update boot loader to update things needed doesn't work.

That's ok. Flashing an Image is no big deal, especially since you implemented the auto-resize feature.

I am interested in this CPU boost kit for my A600GS, but I have two questions:
1. Is there any soldering required or does it simply plug in to one of the internal connections?
2. When will this be added to AmiKit store? I notice it is available as an add-on to new A600GS units but there is no option to purchase it separately.

This isn't a physical accelerator, but rather software-based CPU overclocking. To unlock this feature, you need to purchase a license code from the AmiKit store. The code comes bundled with an aluminum heatsink that needs to be installed. If AmiKit doesn't offer the option to buy the code without the heatsink, I’ll end up with two, as I already bought one a while ago. It’s a standard accessory for the Orange Pi Zero 3.

I see CPU Boost kit for A1200NG on their site but not for A600GS.

No, the CPU Boost kit is not yet available for the A600GS. I was answering your first question about how the CPU Boost kit is applied. I don't know the answer to your second question.

Buy a standard heatsink for Orange Pi Zero 3 and 3mm thermal pads on aliexpress, install it, contact AmiKit and provide them with photos of installed heatsink and they will sell you the CPU Boost key.
CPU Boost works great on A600GS :)
