Title: No "Cpu Boost" Option in menu system

Basically as the title says

Image from wiki, but I don't have the selectable option.  I Paid for the boost kit and my orange pi has the heat-sink on it.

Also explains why I'm "only" getting 211 Mips with Sysinfo  ;D
