Hi, a have a fully working config, with pistorm (emu68) running.
On the same cf-card I have a little Fat32 (4gb) extra, that I was planning to use when swapping software from pc to Amiga. But I can't seems to make it mount on the amiga.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

You setup config txt to enable read/write for Partition, also you need the mount list for it.
I added loads of info to the wiki. Amiga PS32 Wiki entry. (https://wiki.amiga.org/index.php/Pistorm32-Lite)
It includes info on that too. Under "Mounting PS32-Lite Emu68 Partition within Workbench"
There's also a 500 section on wiki, but its the same thing when talking about Emu68k.

Solved. Winuae must be run as administrator, to mount Work on cf card.
All good now.

Huh, I assumed you wanted to mount the partition within the Amiga workbench while using real amiga.
I personally mount it and then use PCMCIA to transfer files to it. Else I just remove card and update Emu68 that way.
4GB is rather large for Emu68 partition though. They say not to make large partitions or fill them over half way. As it can cause problems.
