Post by: Gav on March 24, 2004, 08:09:12 PM
Im in the uk and was wondering if anyone in the uk knows how much the price would be for a g3 peg2 with tax and shipping?
Is it best to order via the online shop over at pegasosppc.com.
thanks for any info..

Buying a pegasos is a good thing. :-D
I'm an amigan since 1991. Had lots of amigas, better machine after another better. Pegasos is the last and the most powerfull.
Try a local distributor.

I guess somewhere around £250-£260 including tax and shipping.  Definitely worth the money.  Yes, I would order it from PegasosPPC.com (or Vesalia).

Well lets put it this way; I just sold my A3000 as seen below to get the last of the money I needed for a G4 Peg II machine. I for one cant wait to get it. I ordered it off pegasosppc.com since it was about $150 less then the two dealers in the US sold it for. And I didnt get charged any shipping at all.

I had it for a few years. Since the MEdiator came out, but I've had the A3000 since it was new.

Yes it was a hard to do. I still have it, but as soon as the money gets here its going out. Its boxed up so its gone in my eyes now.

The cool thing is though, I can do everything on the Peg that I did on my A3000 only faster. Its a great machine. I only decided to do it after I used one, and after another user here that was totaly anti-Peg not long ago got one and posted. I never play old games anymore, all my apps are Graphics card compatble, so I can just move them to the Pegasos when I have it built. Its modern and new, I can put more then 128MB in it, DVD drives, lots more. Its like the best Amiga ever.

If I did decide to play an old game there is UAE. Its even more compatable then my A3000 was at old classic games.
