Sadly the RCM, Leicester was affected by floods last Monday. It'll be closed for at least one more weekend. The main damage was to the arcade room including the Amiga-powered VR Virtuality machines.

I'm not associated with RCM but it's close to where I live and have been to a few events, and know what an awesome place it is

Thats bad news! I hope the Amiga VR machines can be recovered.

Damn, really sad. i hope the machines can be salvaged and the museum can be reopened soon.

Very sad considering these machines are unemulated. It illustrates the point of why these need to be dumped and emulated ASAP, disaster can strike at any time :-(
