I have an order that is still pending after almost 3 weeks, are they on vacation?

I sent another email, 4 days ago I emailed support@amigastore.com but never received a reply.

As you have surmised you sent to support@amigastore.com

Not sure if these are the same email addressses.

I have sent emails to both and not received a single response and the order is still pending.
Will order the item from somewhere else, this is not right.

On AmigaKit, I ordered a refurbished a1200 motherboard on July 15th 2023. I never received it. I sent messages to support@amigakit, and sales@amigakit a number of times. I never got a response. Please contact me. I have an AmigaKit account.
