I bought a second-hand X5000 from somebody in Cheyenne. It was several years ago. It has uboot version 2014.04-00137. There are some things it can't do. I'd like a later uboot version and I would pay whatever it takes.
I have emailed A-Eon using the contact information on the web page. They are the original developers of the X5000 and responsible for uboot (I guess). I also emailed Hyperion. I haven't got a reply from either one. Maybe they don't support second-hand computers. Amiga vendors have consistently bad customer service. But even if they won't do anything they could at least acknowledge that they received my emails. I've gone through this before. Every year or two I give it another try. It looks like I'm on my own.
My last resort is to try to get the update from a fellow X5000 owner. Most likely it's a program file that can be attached to an email or something. I would pay for whatever expense and bother it takes. In fact I'm offering $50 by Venmo to anyone who can provide a 2016 or later uboot.

But, mr A-EON Support person - isn't it a web form?

How would that not "go through"?

Sometimes, server does not like certain email addresses.
Don't make a big thing of this, cause it happens, not often but does.
I get same issues with my own server, even though all security, certs, spf etc. etc. are all setup correctly.
I have pm'ed him when he posted, no reply.
