Title: Who has A2000 S/N 000001 ?
Post by: tucks on November 02, 2024, 08:55:12 AM
Whilst investigating why my A2000 rev6 has no chip ram (!looking at you Agnus!) I noticed my motherboard serial number is 000841 89/90. (Not the sticker on the outside of the case: 49340)

Surely there someone with a really low S/N out there?

Who has the lowest?

 :)

I would have thought a Commodore employee/engineer would have serial number 1. Possibly was used as demo system for commodore shows. Where it is now? Is a good question.

I think at least some dealer demo A500  devices were Sn 01 as several have been shown to exist.

Maybe David Haynie has The lowest S/N  :) Anyways, there are early W.Germany made A2000s which are definitely serialed on their own and later B2000s with rev4.x mobos. And B2000s which was of U.S. origins with their own numbering, I think.
