Title: Amiga 500 faulty floppy drive

Hi,
Starting up my old 500, the floppy disk doesn't seem to work anymore.

The head seems to move slightly.

Any tips on what to check?

I found my Action Replay MK III and run CHECKDISK with this result: https://imgur.com/a/ZztRgnJ (https://imgur.com/a/ZztRgnJ)
So seems only to have problem reading the start of the disk.
