Title: Received A600GS as a gift, cannot register invalid serial code

I have spent the better part of 3 hours with this and I'm about to give up.
I won't go through details but the whole process of getting it online, registering for an Amisphere account, then having it tell me the product key, for a brand new unused device is invalid is just a bit too much.
How the heck am I meant to install updates if the product won't even register it's own serial number?

Incidentally WiFi will disconnect on this device if the wattage is low, no reason given, which also blocks registration. I know this now, but it took me 2 hours to figure out :(

Email Support@amigakit.com with a picture of the serial key and we will add it to the database.


The A600GS will then register without problems
