Title: Amiga Inc Counter Lawsuit

Hi
Bill McEwen mention about counter lawsuit against Genesi several months ago (several US$ millions)
Amiga Inc lawyers (Shukis) had dropped the case several months ago, because lack of payment.
Today Amiga Inc had received payment from KMOS and use the same lawyer.
There is a judgment on Amiga Thendic case.
Will Amiga Inc started a counter lawsuit and try to nullified the judgment?
If they won the counter lawsuit, what happen to Genesi?

I heard a rumour that Bill McEwen wants Bill Buck to be his permanent love slave, but as I said, just a rumour :-D

The case is over. In contrast to what some are saying, there has been no "appeal".

Damages are contractually limited by both sides to the ammount of the license fees, which is $0, as no license fees have been collected.

I think that leaves the obvious choice for the name of the next generation Amiga. Esclavo del Amor has a catchy ring to it. :-D
