Does anyone know if Anthony Hoffman, from Christchurch, New Zealand, is still around in the Amiga Community?

I think he is. He fixed my 3000T a couple years back and his website is still around.

That's me, and yep, still around and doing plenty of Amiga service, support, development, design, etc.

Don't see quite as many international repairs as I used to due to freight prices increasing a lot over the last few years.
