Max transfer is not specified, I suppose it's north of 2Mb/sec?

Resurrecting a old thread here...
Is it possible to have this card installed AND have a (real) cd-rom drive installed on the same cable?
I know the card is terminated so it would have to be the last device.

I would have thought so. If it’s anything like the SCSI2SD. You can setup to 6 devices virtually. I only setup 1 device with the SD card for HDD use say as ID 0 or 1. The rest of my real devices such as SCSI CD and Multi Card reader are setup as ID 2 and 3. That’s using a A4K Cyberstorm PPC. Same for Blizzard cards in the A1200.

Yes, I have a setup just like that in my A3000. An internal SCSI cd-rom and the RP2040 Compact. As you said, the 2040 is last device on the cable.
