Was wondering if there are any substitutes available that would use the Floppey port, and have a bigger storage...?
-
Which floppy port do you mean (i.e. the one on the back of the Amiga, or on the motherboard)?
You could place a Zip drive or LS120 drive in the space where the floppy drive would go, but IIRC both these solutions are IDE or SCSI.

@Jose
Not exactly a storage device, but Patrik has an interesting project he's been looking into that would make use of the external floppy port...
-
Which is what?
-
@amipal
I mean the motherboard floppy port

in my CUamiga magazine they had special external :-( disk drives that had loads of storage [miscalaneos format] 1.22megs 2.5megs 3.6megs etc.
donno if anyone bought them/still has them :-(
