Title: Floppy drive substitutes for the floppy port?
Post by: Jose on March 20, 2004, 03:44:34 PM
Was wondering if there are any substitutes available that would use the Floppey port, and have a bigger storage...?

Which floppy port do you mean (i.e. the one on the back of the Amiga, or on the motherboard)?
You could place a Zip drive or LS120 drive in the space where the floppy drive would go, but IIRC both these solutions are IDE or SCSI.

@Jose

Not exactly a storage device, but Patrik has an interesting project he's been looking into that would make use of the external floppy port...
