Title: ZZ9000 MuForce/MuGa Hit when executing Monitor Driver

Looking to see if any developer knows what could be going on here.  This is happening as soon as I execute the monitor driver on AmigaOS 3.1.4.  The sources are here if anybody can tell where this is happening.
