Title: Unable To Select Information on an Icon
Post by: Managarm on January 09, 2021, 03:35:00 PM
Hi all,

I'm using WinUAE, but not sure if that's the problem. However, recently (and I'm not sure when is started or what I'd changed to cause this) but selecting Information from the dropdown menu on an icon does nothing! It doesn't bring up the window, nor does it error. My issue is I use WinUAE for games an I can no longer go to Information to set infinite lives ans whatnot. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob.

Thanks for the replies! I'm on OS 3.9 with all the Boing Bags installed. Looking at this http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/BoingBags3&4.readme it looks like RawWBInfo is one of the things installed. Should I try and remove it?

You don't have to remove it, just disable it in WBStartup.

Best regards,

Niels

Success! I removed it from the WBStartup folder and I can now get the information for icons up again. Thank you so much kolla and nbache!

Of course, that solution is a bit like if you have a flat tire on your trailer, and you just take off the trailer and leave it behind ;-).

A better way would be to find out why RAWBInfo is failing. Like kolla suggests, maybe a Reaction class is missing or something?

But of course, if you don't need the trailer ... ;-)

Best regards,
