Title: 1084s monitor running PAL high res laced
Post by: sturulez on April 23, 2020, 09:52:37 AM

Hi,

Is there anyway I can get my commodore 1084s to run in PAL high res laced without flickering?

Thanks

No.

Unless someone is aware of flicker fixer that outputs 15khz video and is compatible with the A1200 you need a scandoubler/flicker fixer and a VGA monitor.

Thank you for your reply

Am I guessing that I would need a Indivision AGA MK2cr A1200-A4000T?

Would I still be able to use my Commodore 1084s with this?

I used this for many years on a 1084 and later a sharper CTM644

Does a pretty decent job :)

Wow many thanks, that has done the job.

I haven’t tried to run any games in high res laced yet, but do they run in that display or do they go back to high res?
