They look shit.
-
They look ****.
Matter of taste, of course.
Personally, I find them quite nice - although a version with a coloured checkmark might also have been cool.
Best regards,
Niels

There for sure are nicer badges available elsewhere :)

They look ****.
In what way exactly? you can't just say that without explaining.
I have to be fair, they are really nice. Spose looking at pictures is alot different from actually seeing them in person.
They are perfect, trust me, I made them do them again, cause I was not happy with print first time around.
Plus they fit absolutly perfect.
EDIT TO KEEP GRAMMA POLICE HAPPY;
Spose = Suppose, ;)

@CBH
They may not be to your liking and you are free to have your opinion but you should express yourself in a way which is more appropriate for the rules of this forum.

Like anyone gives a poo :)
To clarify - it is not easy for foreigners to know exactly what native English speakers consider "profanity" or obscene.

@kolla
Yes I understand, however it should be balanced against ascertaining whether the recently joined poster has been genuinely trying to be a member of our Amiga.org community with their recent contributions.
-
I think they look pretty good but I too would have liked a colored checkmark option..
-
What about coloured amiga org logo, :)

@giZmo350
We can look into running a design with amiga.org logo next to the A1200 logo with the 'A' being silver chrome ?

@thread
are these the originals? (http://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?58668-Amiga-1200-HD-Case-badge&p=582654&viewfull=1#post582654)

Just the word "A1200" in faux amiga logo font next to the old double tick is ugly. The double tick isn't even centred properly, and all the proportions are different between the silver-on-black and the black-on-silver versions. It's like you used mspaint.
The registered trademark symbol a cherry on the cowpat. No badge on anything has that. You don't see "Ford (R)" in chrome letters on a car, do you?

Well your entitled to your opinion. I think they look ok.

Well, you can't beat the price! ;D
And they're a helluva lot better looking than the "paper" sticker on my AT A1200! ::)

A1200.net has some rainbow ticker case badges
https://www.a1200.net/product/a1200-metal-badge-checkmark/
Then there are plenty of places one can buy "replica looking" brushed aluminium badges as well as custom badges, like these on my A600 and MiST right in front of me now...

I hate brushed effect. Well at least you found some you like, :).
I also do not know what to make of that checkmark badge, just doesn't look right. Too bulky.
-
Case badges are always an item in demand, and new ones can make a system look fresh!
But these ones look like they have been designed by an amateur in Microsoft Paint, and as a result look cheap and tacky.

“You have no right to constantly attack, just because someone wants to help protect their business for the future.”
The main purpose of these badges is to show the ® next to A1200 on a product.
